vtv99 Responsible Gaming —
Keep the fun within limits
Don't let entertainment turn into a problem. vtv99 is committed to giving you all the tools and support you need for an informed, safe, and enjoyable experience.
Our Responsible Gaming Principles
Age Verification — 21+ Only
vtv99 strictly does not allow anyone under 21 to open an account or place bets. Age is verified at every registration. Keep yourself and your family safe.
Setting Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your budget under control. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately — you stay in control of your money at all times.
Time-Out Break
If you feel you need a break, use the time-out feature — your account can be temporarily suspended for a set period. You cannot log in until the time-out period has ended.
Self-Exclusion Option
If you need a longer break, choose self-exclusion. Once this option is activated, your account cannot be reactivated under any circumstances during the specified period.
Loss Limit & Betting History
View your betting history and set a loss limit to monitor your betting patterns. If you lose more than a set amount, the system will automatically stop your session.
24/7 Support Team
vtv99's support team is always here for any concerns or issues. Help is available in Bengali via live chat or email — any time, day or night.
Why Does Responsibility Matter?
Online betting and casino games are primarily a form of entertainment. Enjoyed responsibly they are fun, but losing control can cause harm to your personal, family, and financial life. vtv99 believes every player should be aware of their own limits and should never view betting as a source of income.
There is no guarantee of winning in gambling — every outcome is uncertain. So only play with money that, if lost, will not affect your daily life. Decisions to play with borrowed money or by breaking into savings never lead to a good outcome.
vtv99 is committed to creating an honest, transparent, and safe environment for players in Bangladesh. SSL encryption, fair play guarantee, and all responsible gaming tools are available free of charge on our platform — because we want you to stay safe in the long run.

- Taking money away from living expenses or family needs to play
- Problems at work, in studies, or in relationships because of betting
- Experiencing sleeplessness, anxiety, or depression
- Playing with borrowed money or playing in secret

Budget & Money Management
The most important aspect of responsible gaming is budget planning. Decide how much you can afford to spend before you start playing. Remember:
- Only play from your entertainment budget — not from living expenses, rent, or savings.
- Don't place bigger bets out of anger or frustration after a loss.
- Don't go beyond your limits out of greed even after a win.
- Betting is never a reliable source of income — it is entertainment.
The minimum deposit at vtv99 is ৳300 — this limit is intentionally kept low so that players can start with small amounts and stay within their budget.
Time Management
How long you play is just as important as how much money you spend. Spending a long time in front of a screen reduces your ability to make decisions and increases the risk of losing control.
- Set a time limit before you play and set an alarm.
- Take a break when the set time is up — go for a walk, drink some water, talk to your family.
- Never play by skipping meals or sleep.
- Avoid betting when you are tired or intoxicated.
vtv99's time-out feature lets you set your own time limit. Once set, the system will end your session automatically.
Protecting Minors
vtv99 strictly prevents anyone under 21 from any form of betting or casino gaming. To make sure younger family members cannot access your account:
- Use a strong password on your account.
- Disable auto-login on shared devices.
- Always log out after playing.
- Keep your login details hidden from children.
If you suspect a minor has used your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].
Asking for Help Is Not a Weakness
Problem gambling is a recognised mental health issue and seeking help takes courage. If you feel the situation is getting out of control:
- Talk openly with a trusted person close to you.
- Seek advice from a mental health professional.
- Use vtv99's self-exclusion tool.

vtv99 wants every player to remain healthy and happy in the long run. As a responsible platform, we never encourage problem behaviour.
